Agat is an artist and educator with more than ten years of experience in designing and delivering innovative learning experiences that are transformative for both the learner and the teacher. He has a Master’s degree in graphic design from National Institute of Fashion Technology Delhi and a Master's degree in Theatre from Amsterdamse Hogeschool voor de Kunsten.

As Associate Dean for Academic Development and Innovation at Global University Systems, he led the development and implementation of new academic programmes, curricula, and pedagogies that aligned with the global and local needs of the students, society and the industry. He also facilitated the collaboration and exchange of best practices among the faculty and staff across different campuses in multiple locations.
