Joy Banerjee is a leading product designer and design thinker. He is also a Senior Fellow at Livonics Institute of Integrated Learning. He has also been the Founding Director of Design Strategy and UX at Woodapple Interactive Pvt. Ltd. for more than two decades. He was also the Project Head for Design at Copper Beech UK. Joy did his B. Tech from BITS Pilani and went on to do his Masters in Design and Visual Communication from IIT Bombay. He is the faculty for the 12-week course on Philosophy & Practice of Design Thinking which introduces the history and evolution of Design Thinking. He teaches how it can be applied to complex problems - social and business, which resist linear logic - Wicked Problems and Super Wicked Problems.

Neel leads a design agency based in India and the Netherlands. Studio Carbon acts as an intellectual collaborator and strategic partner, known for enhancing the innovative capabilities of its diverse clientele, which ranges from dynamic Indian startups to multinational corporations and government agencies. Additionally, Neel is actively engaged in the tech ecosystem as an angel investor and advisor, with a particular focus on emerging technologies. He is also a visiting faculty member where he dedicates his efforts to nurturing the next generation of innovators through speculative design. His overall approach combines a commitment to merging technology with empathetic design, aiming to create impactful and meaningful advancements.

Vinay has led key design initiatives at Atlassian, Flipkart and Isha Foundation in the past. He earned a B. Tech from BITS Pilani in 2007 and an MSc in Cognitive Science from IIIT Hyderabad in 2011. With over 13 years of experience in the design industry, he has helped businesses and social organisations create better human interaction experiences.
